About Me
Currently, he collaborates as an active partner of ZBM Business Connect SL. He combines this work with his position as CEO of Ahead Therapeutics SL., a company dedicated to drug development, specifically, a technological platform based on nano-technology for treatment of auto-immune diseases, such as, Type 1 Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis.
Martí has participated in the foundation and/or contributed to boost the growth of several technology-based companies, as an investor or consultant; and currently, he still is a member of the Board of some of them. TR Composites SL; SOM Biotech SL; Confirmsign SL; Centauri Biotech SL; Nanosel SL; IDP Discovery Pharma SL; Ahead Therapeutics SL.
He has also held responsibilities in different areas of the health sector: hospital planning and management; University teaching; planning pre and postgraduate programs; national and international consultancy in health policy; development of R&D projects in biomedicine as Technical Director of Univ. Parc Taulí Institute – UAB. He has worked actively in the field of scientific divulgation and teaching, being founder of the scientific journal “Educación Médica”.
Finally, Martí spent 5 years at KIM (Knowledge Innovation Market) as Director of HealthCare: teaching and technology transfer to improve the return on investment in R&D of Institutions and companies.
