About Me
Fidel’s experience comes from the area of finance and controlling, where he has worked in analytical accounting and financial management in commercial companies in the industrial sector since 1989. In 2006 he joined a large company in the construction materials sector, where in just four years he was promoted to the management of the company for its subsidiary in Catalonia. As a direct manager of the company’s main accounts, he broadened his experience to the management area and developed team management and leadership skills, while completing his training as a performance coach oriented to the commercial environment, managing a team of 100 people.
Fidel joined ZBM in 2024 as Director of Administration and Finance, as well as Head of human resources (HR), with the main intent of aligning financial objectives with human capital management, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
