ZBM’s Bernabé Zea is freshly back from Castelló, where he participated in the UCIE (Unitat Científica d’Innovació Empresarial )- INNAM (Institute of Advanced Materials) patent workshops at the Escola Superior de Tecnologia de Castelló, part of the Universitat Jaume I. These specialised workshops serve to enhance participants knowledge on patent exploitation strategies as well as delving in to how to successfully implement technology transfer. Our expert Bernabe was also accompanied by other industry professionals such as Vicent J. Nebot (CTO of Curapath) and Hernán Míguez from the Institute of Materials Science of Seville.

The UCIE-INAM is financed by the European Union, the Valencian Agency for Innovation (AVI) and Valencia Regional Government, it is considered and important forum where the researchers form the Valencian Innovation System (SVI) exchange knowledge and skills connecting and furthering collaboration between science and industry. It was an honour for Bernabé to be invited to speak at the event as ZBM’s commitment to supporting cutting edge research and innovation is integral to our company.
