The ZBM Patents & Trademarks team will be at one of the biggest events in the biotechnology sector in Europe, at Fira de Barcelona, from October 7 to 9. Organised by the Spanish Bioindustry Association (AseBio) with the collaboration of Biocat, the Government of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council, the BioSpain conference is seen as an international benchmark in biotechnology events.

BioSpain 2025 is celebrating its 12th anniversary this year in Barcelona, bringing together over 2,200 attendees from nearly 1,000 companies across 34 countries from the most respected experts in the field as well as showcasing up-and-coming start ups. With programmes ranging from advanced gene and cell therapies, translational research, AI in healthcare, pharmaceutical innovation, healthcare technologies, to name but a few. A main focus of this year’s event will be Green Biotechnology, covering hot-topics such as sustainable food, green industrial transition, regenerative agriculture, emission reduction, and environmental preservation.
