Our team attended the XLI Study Conference of the Spanish Group of the AIPPI in Madrid, represented by Reyes García and Laura Artigas.

The first day was marked by highly topical debates: the harmonization of preliminary injunctions, the scope of damages in Spain, plausibility and inventive step before the EPO, as well as key issues regarding trademarks, geographical indications, and the drafting of goods and services.

The second day featured sessions on provisional measures, the intersection between design and copyright, the use of AI in professional practice, and the latest jurisprudential developments.

The sessions were of the highest technical level, with impeccable organization and, above all, an atmosphere of exchange that reinforces the value of these gatherings as a networking point for professionals in the sector. Each session gave rise to dynamic exchanges, with diverse perspectives that drove rigorous and constructive debate.

It was two days of great learning and inspiration, and we are very grateful to the organization and to all the speakers and attendees for making it possible.

For ZBM, it was a pleasure and an excellent opportunity to share ideas, strengthen professional ties, and continue delving into the challenges that shape the present and future of our industry.
