On May 29th, our partner Anna Barlocci will lead a session on Patent Infringement as part of the Strategic Patent Management Course organized by Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

The course is designed to help professionals and companies develop a strategic approach to patents and intellectual property management, covering everything from patentability and prosecution to portfolio management, technology transfer and IP strategy implementation.

Anna’s session will focus on some of the most critical issues companies face when bringing innovation to market, including patent infringement risks, the doctrine of equivalents, Freedom To Operate (FTO) analyses, and practical strategies to reduce exposure to third-party patent rights.

Through a strongly practice-oriented approach, the programme aims to help participants integrate intellectual property into business decision-making and innovation strategy.
