New Spanish patent law 24/2015 

Main changes introduced by the new law

Regulation (EC) 1768/92 –amended by Regulation (EC) 469/2009- related to medicinal products and Regulation 1610/96 related to plant protection products have been incorporated to the text of the patent law.
