About Me
Anna has a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and a Master Degree in European Law from the Free University of Brussels. After working in other areas of law, her professional career in IP started in 1997 in a well-known IP law firm in Barcelona. Later on, she worked as responsible of the legal department in two IP firms in Barcelona.
She also worked in the legal department of an ICT multinational company. She has extensive experience in IP, not only concerning prosecution, but also in litigation and contractual matters.
Anna is also a sworn translator of French.
She joined ZBM’s Trademark Department in 2018 giving legal assessment and dealing with the protection and defence of the client’s distinctive sign portfolios.
