About Me
Reyes holds a degree in law from the University of Barcelona and her professional career has been focused on Intellectual Property: she has worked for well-known IP law firms and also in the legal departments of two Spanish multinationals in the consumer and industrial fields. This previous experience grants her a global vision of the clients’ needs in Intellectual Property and places her in a unique position for providing tailored counseling.
She joined ZBM in 2015 to take up the direction of the Trademark Department. She is based in our head office in Barcelona and her responsibilities encompass the services related to advice, prosecution and defense of trademarks and domain names in Spain, Europe and worldwide.
In 2017 she passed the examination to become Spanish Patent & Trademark Attorney duly certified by the Spanish Patents and Trademarks Office. She became a partner in 2022.
Reyes is also legal counsel at ZBM Business Connect, a spin-off ZBM Patents & Trademarks assisting private companies and public research institutions in optimising their technology transfer activities.
