Gianluca joined ZBM in 2023, with more than 4 years of experience in the sector, which includes supporting users in a large healthcare institution. Previously, he had completed his studies in Micro-computer Systems and Video Game Programming and knows his way around both Windows and GNU / Linux.

Within the IT department, he is in charge of general IT support, incident resolution and user support.
