About Me

After graduating in Hispanic Philology Studies in 2005 and working as a Spanish and Catalan teacher, Laia took her first steps in the world of patents in 2007, in the paralegal department of a patent law firm in Barcelona. Afterwards, she finished her studies in Audiovisual Communication in 2012.

In 2008, Laia joined ZBM’s formalities team, where she deals with filing and prosecution of applications worldwide, as well as with renewal fee payments worldwide.

Laia obtained the European Patent Administration Certification (EPAC) in 2022.
