About Me
Sergi began his career working in engineering firms specializing in energy and environmental issues. In 2008 he entered the field of industrial property, and he has gained valuable experience since then in drafting and prosecution of Spanish, European and PCT patent applications in several technical fields, especially in the electro-mechanical area.
In 2016 he joined ZBM. His work includes patent search, drafting and defense of European, PCT and Spanish patents and preparing patentability and infringement opinions in a broad range of technical fields.
In 2021, he obtained the European Patent Litigation Certificate which will give him the right to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court.
