About Me

Since 1996 Sergi has been building on his experience in drafting and prosecuting Spanish, European and PCT patent applications, particularly in mechanics and other branches of engineering. Prior to joining ZBM in 2005, he worked for two different law firms and dealt with a wide range of patent issues and within several aspects of design practice. His work includes patent searching, drafting and defence during prosecution, as well as reports on patentability and risk of infringement; he is also familiar with Spanish and European Community designs, and he acts as an expert in court actions both in patent and in design cases.

He is part-qualified through the European Qualifying examination (EQE).
